The next episode of Sarah Palin’s Alaska, which airs on TLC on Sunday December 5th at 9pm and 11pm, will have her going on a Caribou hunting trip with her father. The show’s title is ” She’s a Great Shot” – this I can’t wait to see. They even have a Facebook page set up for the show where you can see lots of chatter about the series. Just seeing her hold a gun, taking a shot and talking about hunting will put a smile on my face. Pretty simple eh?
Happy Thanksgiving to all my deer hunting friends and family. It’s been an amazing year. I feel very lucky to have met so many wonderful people this fall and look forward to meeting many more. I am thankful!

One of the things I look forward to the most during deer hunting season is deer camp. Whether we shoot a monster buck, a doe or nothing at all, it’s these very moments that happen at deer camp that will forever be cemented in my memory.
