With the long awaited Fourth of July weekend upon us, I have some early fireworks to share. Each of these announcements are the result of Twitter conversations that happened since we announced the tour last Friday. Things sure do move fast.
With great pleasure, I’m extremely excited to announce some additions to our upcoming 2011 Deer Tour:
I know what some of you are thinking, especially those of you in states that I could not make it to - how the heck are you finding the time to do this? Well, the short answer is, no additional days or time were added to the tour. Each hunter just so happened to be located on the existing route and was available to hunt on specific days and times that I was going to be passing through.
Chris will now be the first stop on the tour before I go to film an amazing family of 4 that hunts together in Northern Wisconsin. I’ll get to spend a late night and full day of hunting with him. Later on in the trip, I’ll visit Ryan for an evening and day hunt as well after my Michigan deer camp visit.
Sadly, I will not be hunting with Scott from Cajun Seasoning but he will be sharing an awesome gift with everyone on the tour – free fresh made Camp Dog cajun spices for each deer camp! An awesome gesture from an an awesome guy. Thank you Scott! Hat tip to Tommy, aka @Ghost1066 for making the introduction and playing Godfather.
So there you have it. We’ve grown our deer tour family by three. It’s going to one spicy tour, get those grills ready.
Have a happy and safe Fourth of July weekend all!
