So I decided to go coyote hunting instead of going to the gun range thanks to some encouragement from some of my Twitter friends. A beautiful day out here but very windy. A storm front is just about on top of me so I’m packing up soon.
I’ve been watching a group of 8 Pronghorn for the last hour way off in the distance. They’d graze then bed and then get up and graze again.
I can see for miles. Never thought I’d max out the viewing ability of my Steiner 8×30 Night hunters. Need some more powerful optics for this type of glassing on such wide open terrain.
Always nice to get out and enjoy the great outdoors.
I’ll post some more pics from what I saw today later on my Facebook page.
Hope everyone else had a nice weekend.
